How we work
At Nimbleware Consulting we operate on an as needed basis (see Services for details) in the following roles:
- Executive role in the definition and execution of plans
- Short or long term project-based consulting
- Contracting of Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, or Development and Quality Engineers
- Short term (a few hours, a day or more) consultation on plans, strategies, or presentations
We typically operate in one or more of three situations for a client:
- Definition: help create a business, product, marketing, or engineering plan or strategy.
- Development: execute on an existing plan or execute a plan that Nimbleware Consulting was involved in defining.
- Optimization: analyze a company’s product management, product marketing, or engineering organizational resources, structure, or processes. Make recommendations to improve or change based upon the company’s goals and objectives.
